Hello and thank you for visiting my site. I offer a range of therapeutic services from brief counselling and hypnotherapy to longer term psychotherapy. Every client is different – I don’t believe ‘one size fits all’ in therapy. So the number of sessions and the approach are tailored to your individual requirements. Perhaps time is of the essence or the budget is a concern – talk to me and we’ll work out a way that is the most helpful and effective for you.
I think that therapy works best for people who want change in their lives. Therapy helps you make choices about how you want to live and be in the world. Maybe you want a new perspective on a long-term issue. Maybe you want encouragement and the support to achieve a particular goal. Sessions empower you to work through what’s been holding you back and make positive and lasting difference.
For most people, it isn’t just one thing, it’s several and then the thought of change can be daunting. In therapy, you’ll find a safe place to talk about what’s really going on for you. I can help you to figure out what is wrong and how to do things differently, your way. I can help break down the transition into manageable, practical steps so that you can get back on track.
